Items to be Collected for the Central Florida Diaper Bank and the Healthy Start Coalition of Orange County
Orlando, FL – The Office of Representative Eskamani is pleased to announce the hosting of the 6th annual diaper and baby supply drive that will uplift and support members of the community in need of supplies. The office is proud to be collecting supplies for the Central Florida Diaper Bank and the Healthy Start Coalition of Orange County.
The event will be taking place from Tuesday, September 8th through Friday, September 18th, with donations being accepted via mail or in-person delivery at the district office, located at 1507 East Concord Street, Orlando, FL, 32803. Supplies can be dropped off Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 pm. Supplies requested include diapers and pull-ups of all sizes, prepackaged hygiene wipes, sleep sacks, pacifiers, washcloths, bibs, and infant toys.
The Central Florida Diaper Bank seeks to provide a myriad of resources and supplies to parents in need, advocating for the healthy growth, nutrition, and development of children from newborn to age three. The Healthy Start Coalition of Orange County aims to decrease Florida’s high infant mortality rate and low birth weight babies and to improve health and developmental outcomes for all children through the distribution of various resources.
