By now you’ve heard the news that a draft SCOTUS opinion on Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization was leaked, and would completely dismantle the protections established under Roe v. Wade. This morning, Chief Justice John Roberts confirmed the authenticity of this leaked draft opinion, adding that it, “does not represent a decision by the Court or the final position of any member on the issues in the case.”
If this becomes the final decision, it would be devastating. It would represent the most damaging setback to the rights of women and pregnant people in the history of our country.

I encourage folks who have the time to attend a rally near you, but I really need you to take action with us 24/7 — from now till November and beyond.
We can’t win elections or protect our rights with a burst of energy or enthusiasm, it has to be a consistent effort to register new people to vote and then empower voters to actually use their voice at the ballot box.
