Orlando, FL: Today the Florida House of Representatives announced Ranking Member positions for each committee. You can see full list here, and we are proud to announce that Representative Anna V. Eskamani has been re-appointed as the Ranking Member for the Ways & Means Committee.
“This is one of the most under-appreciated but most impactful committees,” added Representative Eskamani. “I am proud to be entering my fifth year as a Member of Ways & Means, and my second term as Ranking Member. This committee dictates how Florida’s tax structure works, and who gets what tax breaks for how long and for how much. It is also determines what responsibility corporations play in paying their fair share. I am proud and excited to be back as Ranking Member for another term.”
