Event to be Hosted in Partnership with IDEAS For Us
Orlando, FL – As summer winds down, Representative Dr. Anna V. Eskamani is excited to announce the return of our 2nd annual Clothing Swap Party, hosted alongside community partner IDEAS For Us. This event is a great opportunity to refresh your wardrobe, reduce waste, and connect with our amazing Central Florida community in time for the Back to School season!
The clothing swap will take place on Wednesday, August 5th from 5:30pm – 7:30pm at À La Cart SoDo District. Attendees are asked to bring 1 to 2 tote bags of gently used, clean clothing to exchange, and will leave with new-to-you pieces. We ask that you do not bring pajamas, undergarments, bathing suits, event-specific t-shirts, or heavily worn, stained or damaged items.
Clothing is limited to 1 to 2 bags per person to donate/bring and will be accepted upon arrival of the event, so no early drop-offs. Guests are encouraged to bring a reusable bag to carry home their new wardrobe. Any remaining clothing will be responsibly donated to local organizations.
