Dear Friend,
Early voting in Florida begins on August 5-10th in most counties. Are you ready to vote in the August elections?!
The time to make your plan to vote is now. Whether you want to vote early, vote-by-mail, or on election day–we’re here to help you ensure you have what you need to vote.
Note that some dates have changed due to Tropical Storm Debby. The best way to confirm your Early Vote options is to visit your county’s Supervisor of Elections website.

Other early voting things to consider:
- Your early voting site is likely different than your Election Day polling location. As long as you’re registered to vote in your county, you can vote at any Early Vote location.
- Voters who want to vote early should present the following at the early voting site:
- A valid photo identification; and
- A signature identification.
- If you want to vote in person but have already received your mail ballot, just make sure you bring it with you to the polls! Otherwise, you’ll receive a provisional ballot until they’ve verified that you didn’t also vote by mail.
There will be critical nonpartisan races on the ballot this August–from school board to local seats to judges and more. Some of these races–like school board seats–can be determined in August!
If you’re fired up, now is the time to take action and ensure you’re prepared! Be sure you’re election ready and check your voter registration online: visit our website here.
This year Florida will have the chance to undo the near total abortion ban by voting YES on Amendment 4 and can legalize recreational marijuana by passing Amendment 3.
If you’re ready to vote, make sure you pass along this information to your friends and family. It’s going to take all of us to make a difference this election!
Onward Together,
