We did it. Floridians Protecting Freedom, also known as the Yes on 4 campaign, has beaten the odds and secured not just enough verified signatures but also State Supreme Court approval to get abortion on the ballot this year.
This is a historic moment in what has been a generations-long fight to ensure abortion access for all. I encourage you to donate to the Yes On Four Campaign and attend the April 13th rally in Orlando.
Unfortunately the Florida Supreme Court also approved the 15 week abortion ban, which means Florida’s 6 week abortion ban will go into effect in 30 days.
The stakes for reproductive rights in Florida are incredibly high. Onward to November for a state where reproductive freedom is a reality for all.
