Dear Friend,
If you’re like me, you were madly refreshing the Florida Supreme Court website, waiting to see an opinion drop regarding efforts to get abortion access on the ballot in Florida.
Then the Court announced at 11:00 am that there will be no opinion today, which means sometime before now and April 1st we can expect an out-of-calendar opinion to be released.
We’ll do what we can to keep you posted. But in the meantime, please make sure you RSVP to attend the April 13th rally in Orlando to end the state’s 6-week abortion ban.
Details are above. It’s imperative to spread awareness and mobilize for change. Until we alter the composition and trajectory of our state government, progress will remain out of reach. Change must happen now. Let this upcoming decision — regardless of what it will be — serve as our rallying cry.
