“This is another win for the First Amendment and another loss for Governor Ron DeSantis. It is ridiculous how much money Florida is wasting on defending what are clearly unconstitutional laws. We should not only respect the First Amendment but stop the witch-hunt against diversity, allow Floridians to be themselves and encourage businesses to attract top talent. I hope these court wins continue on other parts of HB7 too.”
