Dear Friend,

Words cannot explain my deep gratitude to the nearly 300 people who came out last night at The Abbey to support our final re-election campaign to the State House.

From our incredible speakers to the wonderful company and sponsors — the event was a true reflection of the movement we are building here in Central Florida. And though we’re still tallying up the final number, last night’s kick off raised more than $30,000 for our re-election kick off. These funds will stay right here, in District 42.

Below are links to photos from the event — if you share, please be sure to credit our photographers.

As I said last night: when I reflect on the journey that brought me to serve in the Florida House that brings me to my last term, I see a bright path forward for the Sunshine State.

A path that champions the principles of fairness, freedom, equality, and progress for all. A path that refuses to accept the status quo of corporate dominance and political gamesmanship.

Together, we are forging a Florida that uplifts every family, that ensures no one is left behind, and that refuses to be complacent in the face of injustice. We are demanding change, not waiting for it. We are empowering our communities, not relying on empty promises.

So let us stand united, firm in our resolve, and resolute in our purpose.

Let us build a Florida where opportunity knows no bounds, where the true strength of our state lies in the collective care we extend to one another. As we move forward, let our actions speak loudly, echoing the legacy of those who came before us and paving the way for generations yet to come.

Thank you again for being there. And if you’re looking for more ways to get involved, we already have canvasses scheduled this fall with our first one kicking off this Sunday! You can learn more and RSVP here.

See you soon. Onward!
