I am a little embarrassed to say this but I just updated my vote by mail ballot request. Like many Floridians, I like to receive my ballot in the mail so I can take my time filling it out, and then easily drop it off without waiting in line.
But thanks to Florida Legislature’s GOP Supermajority and Governor Ron DeSantis, all vote by mail requests made before this year have been canceled.
That means we need to renew and request a vote by mail ballot for every election cycle. And as an Orange County voter, you can make that request right now online via this link.
Right now vote by mail requests are severely down in Orange County, and it’s going to take each one of us working together to boost those numbers up!
