The Florida Legislative Session formally ended Friday, May 5th
Orlando, FL – The 2023 Legislative Session has finally come to an end in Tallahassee. In recent months, Florida State Representatives and State Senators have passed new laws, developed a statewide budget, and fast-tracked dangerous legislation directly to the Governor’s Desk.
Join Representative Anna V. Eskamani (D-42) for a post-session virtual review of the 2023 Legislative Session on Monday, May 15th from 6:30pm – 7:45pm ET. During our program, we’ll cover a host of issues ranging from attacks on academic freedom and LGBTQ+ rights to permit-less carry, abortion, voting rights, and more. Empower yourselves and others with updates straight from the Florida House!
Zoom access is available via RSVP at bit.ly/eskareview23. Live captions will be available in English. This event will be livestreamed on Facebook Live at www.facebook.com/AnnaForFlorida.
