Orlando, FL – Today at 4:00pm Representative Anna V. Eskamani joins housing experts, public administrators, and local advocates for a comprehensive look at the affordable housing crisis in Central Florida and what steps we can take to address it. The city of Orlando is among the U.S cities with the highest housing costs for homeowners. When it comes to renters, Central Florida has ranked in the top 20 most rent-burdened metropolitan statistical areas in the country. 

This s a crisis, and today’s virtual event will feature voices from Orange County, United Way, the Winter Park Housing Authority, Orange County Legal Aid Society, and builders of affordable housing for a better understanding of the problem and how we can solve it together.
