The First Time Democratic Candidate for HD47 is Excelling Both in Finance & Field
Orlando, FL— Today, Anna V. Eskamani’s campaign to win Florida State House District 47 reached yet another milestone: she and her volunteers have knocked on more than 10,000 doors in the district.
Last month, her campaign raised over $200,000 in cash via her campaign account. Today’s announcement highlights how effective Anna is, both in finance and field.
“Everything starts and ends in the field,” said Anna. “Nothing compares to a candidate who communicates their ideas face-to-face with constituents. We not only want to share our vision for HD47 to voters — we want to learn from our voters, and understand even more deeply what keeps them up a night, and what issues matter the most. This is a team effort, and I am grateful to my staff, interns, and volunteers who fuel our movement. Here’s to the people of our district, and to the next 10,000 doors!
Two weeks ago, Anna published a series of stories from one day of canvassing in HD47. You can read those stories here. Anna has already qualified for the ballot by petition, and accomplished that goal back in December 2017.
