Orlando, FL A flight attendant’s work begins well before a flight takes off, but that doesn’t mean they always get paid for it. In fact, flight attendants in the United States overwhelmingly do not get paid for boarding, only once airplane doors close and the plane begins to pull away from the gate.

Between unpaid work, long hours, and increased stress associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, these employees are demanding change and improved working conditions. Join Representative Anna V. Eskamani on Facebook Live beside Domenica Rohrman of Pay Me For Boarding and directly-impacted employees to discuss efforts for fair pay and mental health in the airline industry with next steps on taking action!

The Pay Me For Boarding petition has already accrued over 155,000 signatures and counting. You can learn more and show your support at www.change.org/PayMeForBoarding
