In Partnership with Keep Orlando Beautiful

Orlando, FL Since its inception in 1970, Earth Day has been a global movement, sparked by Senator Gaylord Nelson of Wisconsin, who led the first environmental protests. His efforts played a pivotal role in the establishment of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), dedicated to safeguarding the nation’s ecosystems and resources. Decades later, environmental challenges have only grown more pressing—especially in Florida, where pollution and waste continue to threaten the environment and impact daily life.

In honor of Earth Day, Representative Dr. Anna V. Eskamani (D-42) will join forces with Representative Lavon Bracy-Davis (D-40) and Keep Orlando Beautiful to host a community cleanup on  Saturday, April 12th, 2025 from 9am to 11am bringing residents together to celebrate and make a difference . Please join us Saturday to celebrate Earth Day in our shared vision of a cleaner, waste-free world.
