The Orlando Democrat is Known for Her Grassroots Organizing Focus
Orlando, FL — In 2018 Representative Anna V. Eskamani made history in flipping a State House legislative seat, becoming the first Iranian-American elected to any public office in Florida, beginning her service as your happy warrior. In 2020 she did it again, winning her election with nearly 60% of the vote.
Now she’s back on the campaign trail for what will be an unprecedented election year.
Unprecedented because 2022 is the year of redistricting, meaning that all State House, State Senate, and Congressional seats will be redrawn by the legislature. According to Representative Eskamani: “Now more than ever we need to be on the ground, in our communities, listening to our constituents and inspiring our neighbors to be ready to vote.”
That’s why on November 20th from 10am-12:00pm EST Representative Eskamani and her team will be hosting a Re-Election Canvass Kick Off. The event will also include #TeamAnna swag for sale, including yard signs, t-shirts, and stickers.
